|Relationship Manager||Relationship Manager is responsible for managing the relationship with our government partners. The position is responsible for strategizing, implementing and executing the online training programmes for the state. The focus will be to develop and implement strategies to target the trainings of all teachers of the entire state in a maximum of two years, inline with MSF’s vision to reach out to 1 million teachers by 2020. This position will report to the CEO.|
|Academic Head||The Academic Head will be responsible for content curation, evaluation and delivery of bite-sized resources mapped to K-12 curriculum. S/He will be the main source of knowledge, skills and expertise on the subject of Maths, Science or English. The person will work directly with the CEO and ensure high quality content curation mapped to our content philosophy.|
|Training Lead||The Training Lead will lead the execution of the Online Capacity Building Program (OCBP) in a state. The OCBP is the key project run by MSF in a state, which focuses on building the capacity of each and every in-service teacher and pupil teacher in the state. This role requires an extremely proactive approach, great interpersonal and communication skill and a strong execution and analytical ability. You will report to the Training Head.|
|Back-End Developer||This Person will be responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users. His / her primary focus will be development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance.|
|Communications Manager||Communications Manager will be responsible for internal and external brand building and communication activities, online engagement and mobilisation of the ChalkLit community.|
